Growing Instructions:
7mm - 7.1mm 1hr 30 mins
7.3mm - 7.5mm 1 hr 45 mins
It is recommended that these gels are not grown for any longer than 2 hours
Always drain your gels and allow them to relax for a minimum of 30 mins before use.
Caution: Gels may bounce back. Do not fire gels without eye protection.
